1. Pemanasan Global dan Efek Rumah Kaca Menurut Prof.Dr.Ir. Oto Soemarwoto

According to Prof. Dr Ir. Oto Soemarwoto, pamanasan Global is a global warming of the earth's surface temperature is rising due to the increase in the intensity of the greenhouse effect (ERK). While the greenhouse effect has an idea, is a process, in which the radiation emitted by the sun to the earth, and re-emitted by the earth, but is absorbed by certain gases, so basically ERK serves to maintain the temperature of the earth to keep warm.

Menurut Prof. Dr. Ir. Oto Soemarwoto, pamanasan Global adalah pemanasan global ialah naiknya suhu permukaan bumi karena naiknya intensitas efek rumah kaca (ERK). Sedangkan efek rumah kaca mempunyai pengertian, adalah suatu proses, dimana radiasi yang dipancarkan oleh matahari ke bumi, dan dipancarkan kembali oleh bumi, namun terserap oleh gas tertentu, sehingga pada dasarnya ERK berfungsi menjaga suhu bumi agar tetap hangat.
